RUDY GIULIANI AND HEALTH CARE

The National Review had an interesting editorial the other day entitled "Calling Doctor Rudy". They argue that although Mitt Romney's health care proposal and Rudy's are both superior to anything the Democrats have offered, they think Giuliani's is superior to Romney's. It's an editorial well worth reading.
