PENNSYLVANIA NEEDS $11 BILLION TO FIX BRIDGES
PennDot (Pennsylvania Department of Transportation)says that 12.5% of Pennsylvania's more than 25,000 bridges are in poor enough condition to qualify for state and federal replacement funds. Wonder where other states stand on this?
