FEC FINES SOROS-LINKED GROUP

The Politico is reporting that the Federal Elections Commission has fined a group called America Coming Together (ACT) $775,000 for using unregulated cash to help Democrat candidates during the 2004 elections. It is the third largest enforcement penalty.
