FLORIDA DEMOCRATS: WILL THEY FIGHT THE DNC?

Florida Democrats issued a strong statement saying they will go to court to try to prevent the DNC from stripping them of their delegates because of their early primary. The DNC is probably legally correct, but they should take into consideration that the Florida state Democratic party has nothing to say about the scheduled date of the primary.
