THE RNC CHIMES IN

Now the Republican National Committee has joined in the spectacle created by Howard Dean and the DNC. Guess they just couldn't stand to leave it alone. The RNC has announced that they will penalize at least four states holding early primaries by refusing to seat at least half their delegates at the 2008 national convention. The states are New Hampshire, Florida, Michigan and South Carolina.
