DARFUR REBEL WARNS OF TALKS CHAOS

At least 200,000 people have died and some 2 million people have been forced from their homes during the four year conflict in Darfur. With all this killing going on, a rebel leader now is threatening to boycott upcoming peace talks if more than two rebel groups are invited. Won't these people ever learn?
