GINGRICH'S EXCUSE LEGALLY FLAWED

Newt Gingrich's attorney is now letting it be known that Newt's claim that campaign finance laws knocked him out of the Republican presidential race is not exactly true. In fact, the Attorney said Newt could have gotten into the race legally, and maintained his political group. He would have to have kept the funds carefully segregated, and according to Newt's attorney, they were prepared to do that.
