Captain Ed reports that the Republican fundraising numbers reveal a three-way photo finish at the top. Rudy Giuliani raised $11 million, Mitt Romney raised over $18 million, but 8.5 million was a personal loan from himself, and Fred Thompson raised $9.3 million for the quarter.
