IRAQ'S FOREIGN MINISTER SPEAKS OUT ABOUT TERRORISTS

Iraq's Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari urged Iraq's neighbors to prevent "terrorists and killers" from crossing into his country. He warned the neighboring countries that the violence could easily spill over into their own country.
