SPRINT SETTLES PATENT SUIT AGAINST VONAGE

On September 25, a jury in U.S. District Court in Kansas City, Kansas found that Vonage infringed six Sprint patents and ordered Vonage to pay Sprint $69.5 million in damages. Today Sprint announced they have settled the suit. The amount of the settlement was not announced.
