JUDICIAL RACES NOW RIFE WITH POLITICS

I have always felt that we needed to find a way to take politics out of the judicial election process. Now, according to the Washington Post, politics is more a part of judicial races than ever. The Post zeroes in on a Pennsylvania candidate, Seamus McCaffery, who is running for the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. I am very familiar with the process for electing Judges in Pennsylvania. Even though I have been gone from Pennsylvania since 1999, it is apparent that the system has only gotten worse.
