A FAILURE TO LEAD

Karl Rove has an op-ed in yesterday's Wall Street Journal that expresses eloquently my view of the current Congress. No appropriation bills have been sent to the President's desk yet. Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi have made a sham out of this Congress.
