PROSECUTOR: LAW DOESN'T ALLOW FOR CHARGES IN MY SPACE SUICIDE CASE

As a retired attorney, I understand better than the average lay person that Prosecutors can only enforce the laws that are in existence, but in this case, we need to enact appropriate legislation to prevent this from happening again.
