FOREIGN DRUGS GET LITTLE SCRUTINY BY FDA

According to Congress, the Food and Drug Administration isn't paying enough attention to inspecting the growing amount of drugs produced by foreign manufacturers. I don't trust Congress enough to believe anything they say, so I view this story with a lot of skepticism.
