NOW THIS IS ONE SICK INDIVIDUAL

The California Highway Patrol is hunting for a serial crank caller. This guy, who goes by the name of Nomar has made almost 2,000 fake calls to 911. Police say the man is quite convincing, and if they can't determine it's a false call, they send emergency crews out. I wonder if anyone has died because this idiot takes emergency personnel away from a real emergency.
