FDA GETS TOUGH ON CHINA SEAFOOD - DOESN'T HOLD OTHERS TO SAME STANDARD

According to this story by the Chicago Tribune, the FDA is finally getting tough on China and seafood imports. But the problem is they aren't holding other countries to the same standards. What's going on here?
