STRANGE STORY ABOUT DEAD BIRDS IN DC

ABC News is reporting that a Hazmat scare has closed two DC Metro Stations. According to initial reports, several dead birds were found after a man supposedly sprayed a substance that authorities think was a commercial rat poison.
