THE REPUBLICANS HAVE A LOT OF WORK TO DO

A recent article in the Politico shows how far behind the Republican party really is. According to the article, in the first six months of this year, The Dems federal candidates and the party's three national committees raised $381 million, compared to the Republican's $291 million. And the statistics only get worse. The Republican Party has a lot of work to do if they hope to close the gap by 2008.
